About the role:
We’re looking for an International Student Administrator to join our Yoobee International team and provide essential administrative support across our international student operations.
Working as part of the wider international team across the Yoobee group, you’ll play an important role behind the scenes, making sure student information, records and processes are accurate, up to date and managed effectively. There will also be opportunities to connect directly with students, whether responding to enquiries, supporting orientation or getting involved in student events.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate international student records across our student management and CRM systems
Processing enrolment updates, programme changes, withdrawals, deferrals and other student amendments
Preparing student documentation, letters, transcripts, receipts and other records
Supporting refund processing, Public Trust administration, invoicing and other fee-related processes
Keeping visa, insurance, attendance and other compliance information accurate and up to date
Responding to student enquiries and helping connect students with the right information or support
Supporting international student orientation, events and engagement activities
Assisting with reporting, audits and other compliance administration
Working closely with campus teams and the wider international team to ensure a smooth student experience
About you:
You’ll be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, has a strong eye for accuracy and is comfortable working across a range of administrative tasks and systems. You’ll be joining a collaborative team, so we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who is happy to pitch in where needed.
You’ll ideally bring:
Previous experience in administration, customer service, student services or a similar role
Strong customer service skills and confidence dealing with people face-to-face, over the phone and via email
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Confidence using databases, CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
A team-focused, proactive approach and willingness to learn
Confidence working with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds
Experience within tertiary education or working with international students or adult learners would be a great advantage, but isn’t essential. More importantly, you’ll bring strong administration and customer service experience, an eye for accuracy and a go-getter attitude.
