Role Description The Embedded Software Engineer role at YeppAr Smart Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The engineer will design, develop, and maintain embedded software for AR, VR, MR, AI, and Digital Twin solutions, working closely with hardware and product teams to integrate software with immersive platforms and devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include requirements analysis, firmware and application development, code optimization, debugging and troubleshooting, and implementation of software design best practices. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability, as well as participating in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development workflows. The engineer will contribute to prototyping new features and supporting deployment and maintenance of embedded solutions in production environments.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Embedded Software Programming and Embedded Software development for real-time and resource-constrained systems.
Candidates should possess solid Software Development skills, including proficiency in languages commonly used for embedded systems (such as C/C++), version control, and build tools.
Candidates should possess expertise in Debugging and troubleshooting embedded systems, including use of debuggers, analyzers, and hardware test equipment.
Candidates should possess sound Software Design skills, including modular architecture, optimization, and adherence to coding standards.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with microcontrollers, RTOS, communication protocols (e.g., UART, SPI, I2C, CAN), and hardware–software integration.
Familiarity with IoT, edge computing, or real-time data processing; experience with AR/VR/MR or AI-based systems is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
