Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for immersive technology solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and operational needs. Daily responsibilities include mapping and optimizing business processes, conducting gap and impact analyses, preparing functional specifications and user stories, and collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into deliverable features. The role involves preparing reports and dashboards, supporting project planning and prioritization, participating in client workshops and demos, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across YeppAr’s platforms and solutions. The Business Analyst will also help evaluate solution performance, recommend enhancements, and support change management and user adoption activities.

Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, document findings clearly, and present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Candidates should possess Business Process understanding to map workflows, optimize operations, and support process reengineering initiatives.
Candidates should possess Business Requirements skills to define, validate, and prioritize requirements that align with client goals and project scope.
Relevant experience in technology, SaaS, or digital transformation projects; exposure to AR/VR/MR/AI or Industry 4.0 solutions is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are an advantage.
Proficiency with requirements management tools, process modeling techniques, and basic data analysis using spreadsheets or BI tools.
Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and operate in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
