We are looking for an experienced Senior Flow Assurance Engineer to join our team and work on exciting subsea projects supporting the energy transition and sustainable energy future.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Develop Flow Assurance Design Basis for projects.
Perform steady-state and dynamic flow assurance simulations.
Evaluate pipe sizing, thermal performance, flow regimes, slugging and chemical injection requirements.
Analyze start-up, shutdown and pigging scenarios.
Develop operating strategies and philosophies addressing:
Hydrates
Paraffins
Asphaltenes
Oil gelling
Corrosion & erosion
Solids deposition
Scaling & emulsions
Prepare technical reports, field operating procedures and engineering presentations.
Participate in Design Reviews, HAZOP and HAZID.
Collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Mentor and support junior Flow Assurance Engineers.
Contribute to engineering tools, workflows, research and continuous improvement.
🔹 Must-Have Requirements
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum or Chemical Engineering
✅ 7+ years of project experience in a subsea production system environment
✅ Minimum 5 years of Flow Assurance experience
✅ Experience with shallow and deep-water operations
✅ Experience across Feasibility, Conceptual, FEED and Detailed Engineering
✅ Experience with single and multiphase systems
✅ Hands-on experience with PIPESIM/PROSPER and OLGA
✅ Strong understanding of PVT and fluid behavior
✅ Knowledge of organic and inorganic solids deposition
✅ Strong technical report writing, presentation and communication skills
