Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Infinite NXT is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The CTO will define and drive the company’s overall technology vision, ensuring that the investment platform is secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software architecture, managing technology roadmaps, and leading engineering and IT teams in designing, building, and maintaining products and infrastructure. The role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to integrate technology strategy with business and product strategy, as well as overseeing vendor relationships, data security, compliance, and system performance. The CTO will also mentor team members, promote best practices in software development and cybersecurity, and continuously evaluate emerging technologies to keep the platform competitive.

Candidates should possess experience in IT Strategy, with the ability to align technology initiatives with long-term organizational goals.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure delivery quality.
Candidates should possess Business Strategy capabilities to connect technology decisions with market positioning, product direction, and revenue growth.
Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, ideally as CTO or Head of Engineering in a fintech or high-growth tech environment.
Strong understanding of financial services, investment platforms, and relevant regulatory and security requirements.
Advanced proficiency in modern architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs), scalable systems, and data management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
