Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support Infinite NXT’s growth and strategic initiatives. In this full-time remote role, the Finance Manager will prepare and review financial reports, monitor cash flow and investment performance, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. The role includes developing and refining financial models, analyzing key metrics, and providing recommendations to leadership on profitability, risk management, and cost optimization. The Finance Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support investor and stakeholder reporting, and contribute to the design of controls and processes that enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency. This position requires consistent use of digital tools to manage data, coordinate with team members, and maintain clear documentation in a remote work environment.
Qualifications
Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with experience in financial analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance practices relevant to investment or fintech organizations.
Ability to build and interpret financial models, analyze data, and present insights that support strategic decision-making.
Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms, with attention to accuracy, documentation, and data security.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CA, CMA) are an advantage.
Experience in investment, fintech, banking, or financial services is preferred, along with familiarity with Indian financial markets.
