Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Civil Engineer at Infinite NXT. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering design work related to infrastructure and site development, including conceptual layouts and detailed engineering drawings. Daily tasks include planning and coordinating project activities, preparing calculations and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet technical standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves stormwater management analysis, review of drainage systems, and integration of sustainable solutions into project designs. The Civil Engineer will also support feasibility studies, contribute to risk assessments, and assist in optimizing designs for safety, cost-effectiveness, and long-term performance.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills, with the ability to produce accurate plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
Experience working as a Civil Engineer, including involvement in infrastructure, land development, or related projects.
Planning skills to manage project timelines, coordinate tasks, and align designs with project requirements and constraints.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management, including drainage design, runoff analysis, and relevant codes or standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent) and MS Office.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and regulations.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional environment.
Familiarity with local and international civil engineering codes and best practices is an advantage.
