We're Hiring | BMC Helix Developers
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
💼 Experience: 3–10 Years
We are looking for BMC Helix Developers to join our growing team and support the development, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise ITSM solutions within a global IT services environment.
This opportunity is open for:
BMC Helix Developer: 3–6 Years
Senior BMC Helix Developer: 7–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize BMC Helix applications and workflows.
Handle incidents and service requests while following ITIL processes and SLA guidelines.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
Configure Forms, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Menus, and other AR System objects.
Support implementation of business workflows and platform enhancements.
Translate business requirements into technical configurations.
Perform unit testing, document technical changes, and maintain knowledge articles.
Monitor support queues, update tickets, and coordinate issue resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Responsibilities (Senior Developers)
Lead solution design and complex BMC Helix implementations.
Review technical designs, configurations, and development deliverables.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Drive platform upgrades, migrations, and integration initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Support continuous improvement and platform optimization.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with BMC Helix/Remedy ITSM
Good understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management
Experience in BMC Helix development, configuration, and customization
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with workflows, Active Links, Filters, Escalations, and Forms
Good communication and documentation skills
Good to Have
Agile/Scrum experience
REST API and system integration knowledge
Dashboard creation and reporting
CMDB, Asset Management, Smart IT, Digital Workplace, or Innovation Studio experience
