Role: Senior Data DevOps Engineer (AI)
Job Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Experience: 7-8 yrs
About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Data DevOps Engineer (AI) to maintain and optimize the AI Sales platform, leveraging Python, FastAPI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and CI/CD practices. The role requires an AI-first mindset to enhance development efficiency, data pipelines, and application performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend applications and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Manage Microsoft Fabric components and optimize data pipelines and processing workflows.
Maintain and support the AI Sales platform across development, testing, and production environments.
Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Leverage GenAI coding assistants and AI-powered development tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize API response times and resource utilization.
Work with Azure services to support application deployment, integration, and platform operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development processes.
Technical Skills Required
Strong proficiency in Python, particularly FastAPI, for developing and maintaining backend services and REST APIs.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Fabric components, data pipeline management, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based application environments.
Strong expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
AI-first mindset with practical experience using GenAI coding assistants and AI-powered development tools to improve software development productivity and code quality.
Experience in application maintenance, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
Understanding of secure deployment practices and reliable software delivery processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Additional Preferred Skills
Experience with GenAI evaluation frameworks.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations.
Experience in Azure-based data engineering and cloud data pipeline optimization.
Familiarity with automated testing and code quality practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7-8 years of professional experience
