About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Orca Cloud Security Expert to manage and optimize the Orca Security platform across multi-cloud environments. The role focuses on cloud security operations, incident investigation, risk analysis, governance, and continuous security improvement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Orca Security, AWS, Azure, GCP, CNAPP/CSPM, and will collaborate with Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security teams to strengthen the organization's cloud security posture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the Orca Security platform across multi-cloud environments.
Continuously monitor cloud security posture and investigate security alerts based on severity.
Perform incident triage, investigation, and risk analysis using Orca Security capabilities.
Translate security findings into actionable remediation recommendations.
Create, track, and manage remediation tickets through tools such as Helix or Jira.
Coordinate with Cloud, Infrastructure, Application, and Security Operations teams for issue resolution.
Prioritize remediation activities based on business impact, exposure, and risk severity.
Optimize detection rules, alert tuning, and vulnerability classifications to reduce false positives.
Develop and maintain security dashboards, KPIs, operational reports, and compliance metrics.
Enhance runbooks, operational procedures, and automation workflows for security operations.
Ensure continuous visibility into cloud risks, vulnerabilities, and security posture.
Support cloud security governance, compliance monitoring, and SLA adherence.
Collaborate with SOC, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering teams to improve overall security operations.
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with the Orca Security platform.
Strong knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
Experience with Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
Experience securing AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments.
Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and governance.
Experience with security incident investigation and risk analysis.
Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation processes.
Experience in security operations and security monitoring.
Ability to analyze, prioritize, and manage security risks.
Experience with security compliance monitoring and reporting.
Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience maintaining security dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
Good to Have
Experience with DevSecOps practices.
Familiarity with Helix, Jira, or similar ticketing platforms.
Experience building automation workflows for security operations.
Knowledge of security reporting and dashboard development.
Experience improving alert quality by reducing false positives.
Understanding of cloud governance and operational best practices.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Relevant cloud or security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP, CCSP, Orca Security, or equivalent) are preferred.
