Role Description The Senior Web Developer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, focusing on both front-end user interfaces and back-end services. The Senior Web Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize performance, and ensure high standards of security and reliability. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, reviewing code from other developers, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role also includes mentoring junior developers, implementing best practices, and staying current with emerging web technologies to enhance the company’s digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Front-End Development and Web Design, including modern frameworks and responsive design practices.
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with experience building scalable, secure web services.
Comprehensive Web Development skills covering full-stack application development and integration.
Experience leading technical projects, conducting code reviews, and mentoring other developers.
Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in business-oriented or consulting environments and an understanding of scalable, growth-focused solutions is a plus.
