Finance & Accounts Executive – Manufacturing

Role Description The Finance & Accounts Executive – Manufacturing will manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities for the manufacturing operations at DANTA INNOVATIONS. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate books of accounts, preparing and reviewing financial statements, monitoring payables and receivables, and supporting budgeting and cost control for production. The role involves handling GST-related compliance, invoice processing, reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams and external partners for finance and accounts matters. The executive will collaborate with sales and operations to ensure proper revenue recognition, inventory accounting, and timely financial reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Strong finance and accounting skills, including experience with Financial Statements and manufacturing-related cost tracking.
Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST), indirect taxation, and statutory compliance in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Account Management, including handling payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
Ability to collaborate with Sales teams to align revenue reporting, invoicing, and customer account management.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems, MS Excel, and basic data analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
