Technical Screener/Interviewer

Key Responsibilities & Duties :
Job Description (JD) Analysis & Translation: Deeply analyze technical job descriptions spanning modern technology domains (such as Distributed Systems, Microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, and AI/ML pipelines) and clearly articulate technical nuances to the recruiting team.
Technical Screening & Shortlisted Submissions: Conduct rigorous technical interviews assessing coding fluency, system design principles, architecture patterns, and problem-solving skills before final submission to the client.
Recruiter Enablement & Technology Training: Train recruiters on core technology stacks, modern frameworks, and architectural paradigms so they gain the literacy required to comprehend JDs and perform initial technical screenings independently.
Training Program Execution: Plan and execute technical upskilling bootcamps and training programs with defined timelines, milestones, and coverage across various tech stacks.
Documentation & Resource Creation: Design, create, and document technical manuals, cheat sheets, evaluation frameworks, and technology-specific question banks for ongoing learning.
Performance Reporting: Report on outcome metrics for all training and screening process initiatives on a weekly basis.
Core Technology Domains & Stack Familiarity :
Programming Languages & Backend: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Node.js; Frameworks like FastAPI, Spring Boot, and RESTful/GraphQL API standards.
System Architecture & Data: Microservices, Distributed Systems principles, Event-Driven Architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Cloud, DevOps & Tooling: AWS/GCP/Azure cloud environments, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub workflows.
Generative AI & Modern Tech (Bonus/Contextual): Large Language Model (LLM) workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) stacks, and multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph).
Qualifications & Competencies :
Strong technical background (e.g., Software Engineering, Technical Recruiting, or Engineering Management) with hands-on experience evaluating code and system designs.
Proven experience in technical training, mentoring, or upskilling recruitment/technical teams.
Exceptional communication skills to break down intricate engineering concepts for non-technical or semi-technical recruiters.
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, reporting, and refining performance metrics.
