Airtable & AI Automation Specialist-
Job Summary
We are looking for someone who is strong in Airtable and AI tools and can help us improve how we track information, manage workflows, and create reports.
This person will work with Airtable, Google Sheets, and internal tools to bring data together and create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc business reports. They will also use AI tools such as Claude, Gleen, and similar tools to make reporting and other recurring tasks faster and more automated.
The right person should be comfortable working independently, understanding what the team needs, and finding better ways to get things done.
What You'll Do
Build and manage Airtable workflows and tracking systems.
Pull data from Google Sheets and other internal tools into Airtable.
Create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports.
Build Airtable views, dashboards, and other presentation layers as needed.
Help answer ad-hoc business questions by pulling and organizing data.
Use AI tools such as Claude and Gleen to create leadership reports and automate recurring work.
Look for ways to reduce manual work and improve existing workflows.
Work with Product and Program teams to understand their needs and deliver reports and solutions on time.
Take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements when you see an opportunity.
What We're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with Airtable.
Experience working with Google Sheets and data integrations.
Experience creating reports, dashboards, and tracking systems.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gleen, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple requests.
Good communication skills.
Nice to Have
Product Management or Technical Program Management experience.
Experience working with Product, Engineering, or Program teams.
Experience with workflow automation and business operations.
Experience creating leadership or executive-level reporting.
Airtable and AI experience are the top priorities for this role.
