Role Description The Finance Intern will support the finance and accounting functions by assisting with the preparation and review of financial statements, basic bookkeeping tasks, and data entry. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and market research, compiling reports, and helping analyze trends to support decision-making. The intern will collaborate with team members to ensure accurate documentation, maintain organized records, and communicate findings clearly. This is a remote internship role, offering flexible learning opportunities and exposure to real-world financial operations under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data and identify key insights.
Foundational knowledge of finance and familiarity with financial statements.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and interest in learning practical applications.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and common office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and processes, and take initiative on assigned tasks.
