Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Celonis Consultant at Your Retail Coach. The Celonis Consultant will be responsible for analyzing retail business processes using Celonis process mining tools, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommending data-driven improvements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Celonis dashboards, create meaningful analyses, and translate insights into practical operational changes. The consultant will document workflows, prepare reports and presentations, and support implementation of recommended solutions to optimize store operations and back-office processes. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring performance, refining models, and helping clients build a culture of continuous improvement through process transparency and data analytics.
Qualifications
Strong skills in process analysis, process mining (preferably Celonis), and business process modeling.
Proficiency in data analysis, including working with large datasets, creating dashboards, and generating actionable insights.
Experience in retail operations or consulting, with understanding of store management, inventory, supply chain, and back-office workflows.
Ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and collaborating with distributed teams and clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications in Celonis or process mining are an advantage.
Prior experience implementing analytics or optimization solutions, and familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or scripting languages is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering measurable improvements for clients.
