About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT / SENIOR TECHNICAL LEAD will lead modernization efforts by architecting and executing the transition from legacy systems to Salesforce and other integrated technologies. The role involves designing detailed solutions, supporting system integration between legacy platforms and new technologies, and ensuring smooth data flow and operational continuity. This position is critical to advancing the organization’s modernization initiatives and improving system interoperability.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed solution specifications and architectural designs
Document business rules and gather requirements for business process realignment
Design integrations and develop data models
Create support guides and system design documents
Develop and implement new solutions and integration code
Modify existing code and manage code transition through environments
Write automated tests and conduct system integration testing
Provide defect fixes and document testing results
Manage project plans including risk, schedule, communication, cost, and quality assurance
Analyze current and legacy system architecture and business processes
Develop continuous integration and deployment pipelines
Manage release processes and align release calendars
Conduct knowledge transfer and mentoring
Develop training materials and system documentation
Provide post-implementation support and system monitoring
Requirements:
Experience with Salesforce migration and integration with legacy systems
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, COBOL, DB2, and mainframe technologies
Expertise in IBM Host Access Transformation Services (HATS), z/OS Connect, MuleSoft, Copado, Talend
Ability to develop technical and business documentation
Skills in project management and risk management
Experience in continuous integration/continuous deployment processes
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Salary: $135,000 - $145,000
