SAP OCM Communications Specialist
Location: Parsippany, NJ – Remote with 25% Travel (Locals are highly preferred)
Interview Process: Virual- Interview with Insight followed by potential client interviews
Required Skills & Experience
5 years in Organizational Change Management communications, preferably supporting large-scale ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience in SAP or ERP projects
Familiarity with SAP systems and business processes
Experience communicating with plant and manufacturing environments
Proficiency in digital communication tools (SharePoint, Teams, email platforms)Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills
Ability to influence and build trust across all organizational levels
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Project management capability with ability to track and execute communications materials
Strong instructional design skills for creating effective communication materials
Exceptional attention to detail in all deliverables
Ability to work effectively under the direction of a communications lead
Preferred Qualifications
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)Experience in global or multi-site SAP rollouts
Knowledge of agile methodologies and their impact on communication strategies
Plant or manufacturing industry experiencePrior experience managing large-scale transformation communications

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
Ability to stand and move about during engagement sessions, workshops, and town halls
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds occasionally
Ability to travel to plant and manufacturing sites as needed for engagement activities and communications execution (estimated 10-15% travel)Clear verbal and written communication skills for presentations and facilitation
