Aimsure Global Solution is hiring 20 IT Recruiters | Jaipur (Malviya Nagar) | Work From Office
We're expanding our recruitment team and need people who can start right away.
What you'll do
Handle end-to-end hiring for IT roles: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and joining
Source through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals
Understand technical requirements and match candidates accurately
Meet monthly hiring targets
What we need
Minimum 6 months of experience in core IT recruitment (mandatory)
Immediate joiners only, no notice period
Excellent spoken and written English
Good understanding of IT roles and tech stacks
Strong sourcing, screening and negotiation skills
Details
Full-time | 6 days a week (Sunday off)
Interview: video call round
