Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an IT Recruiter based in Mumbai. The IT Recruiter intern will support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with applicants for various technical positions. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring teams to understand role requirements, posting job ads on relevant platforms, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with selection and offer processes. The intern will also help refine recruitment processes, track hiring metrics, and contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract strong technical talent.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to identify and engage suitable technology professionals.
Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
Candidates should possess skills in Hiring, including interview coordination and selection support, to ensure timely and quality placements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Interest in technology domains such as software development, cloud, data engineering, or digital transformation is beneficial.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Prior internship or academic project experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
