Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to support business decision-making. Daily responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, performing statistical analyses, developing data models, and presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, monitor key performance metrics, and recommend improvements based on analytical findings. The Data Analyst is expected to document methodologies, maintain data quality standards, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of data processes and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and hands-on experience in Data Analytics.
Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Statistics and familiarity with statistical tools or libraries.
Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
Experience working with large datasets, data validation, and data governance practices is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with distributed teams.
