Role Description The Freelance CPA USA will provide full-time remote accounting and tax support to AstrikCoders and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, performing tax planning and tax preparation for U.S. entities and individuals, and ensuring compliance with relevant U.S. GAAP and IRS regulations. The role involves analyzing financial data, advising on financial controls, collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders, and documenting accounting processes and policies. The Freelance CPA will also assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support sound business decisions in a technology-focused environment.
Qualifications
Strong Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core financial principles.
Demonstrated experience with Financial Statements, including preparation, analysis, and review.
Expertise in Tax Preparation and U.S. tax compliance for businesses and individuals.
Active or eligible Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license in the United States.
Proficiency with accounting and tax software, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; experience with technology or SaaS businesses is an advantage.
