Civil engineer for ADU project in LA

Aquifer PE is looking for freelancer engineer in Southern California who can provide the following service to our client for a multifamily housing ADU feasibility analysis project.

Scope of Service requested:
Provide ADU feasibility review for these three properties in West Los Angeles, all in the CA90025 zip code area. The service include including:
- Tuck-under parking conversions
- Other existing non-habitable space that could potentially be converted
- Rear-yard ADUs
- Potential ADUs over existing parking
- Coordination with existing or required soft-story seismic retrofit work
- Preliminary assessment of how many ADUs may reasonably be feasible at each property
This service is to support owner in evaluating the ADU potential as part of a broader decision regarding the properties, including a possible sale. They are not looking for full construction documents or permitting at this time. They are looking for enough professional feasibility information to understand the opportunities and constraints to get to construction cost estimate.
