About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Qualifications

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is advantageous. Responsibilities
Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified applicants. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process. Manage the candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system. Assist in negotiating employment offers and facilitate smooth onboarding procedures. Continuously enhance sourcing strategies to improve the quality of hires and reduce time-to-fill metrics. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for staffing excellence.
