🚨 WE’RE HIRING | LEAD GENERATION / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
NextCode Placement is looking for enthusiastic Freshers to join our Bench Sales / IT Staffing team.
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
💼 Experience: Fresher
🕐 Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
📅 Working Days: Monday – Friday
💰 Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month + incentive
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Willingness to work in a night shift
• Positive attitude and strong learning mindset
• Interest in Lead Generation, Business Development & Recruitment
• Freshers are welcome to apply
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and develop new business leads
• Connect with potential clients and vendors
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Support bench sales and recruitment business development
• Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails and LinkedIn
• Identify new business opportunities in the U.S. staffing market
