This is a rare opportunity to join a highly specialized, purpose-driven team supporting Ryoncil® in transplant centers, operating at the intersection of science, access, and clinical practice, where your work supports the teams caring for patients with serious unmet needs.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, field-based opportunity covering Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska and Kansas, with a concentration on Chicago, Minneapolis-St Paul, Milwaukee, Kansas City and Omaha, working directly with leading bone marrow transplant (BMT) and stem cell transplant centers. You must be based in or within reasonable commuting distance of one of these key markets. Chicago is listed as the primary location; however, we welcome applications from candidates based in any of the five locations above.
You will navigate complex reimbursement pathways and institution-specific dynamics, translating complexity into clear, high-value engagement. Working in close alignment with medical, market access, and commercial peers, you will play a critical role in a highly specialized therapeutic landscape.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic engagement within BMT and stem cell transplant centers across the North Central territory
Partner with BMT/HSCT physicians, program directors, and multidisciplinary transplant care teams to support appropriate access
Deliver credible, compliant account and access discussions, referring clinical and scientific questions to Medical Affairs
Navigate institutional pathways including reimbursement, specialty product handling, and transplant care coordination
Build deep, trusted relationships across clinical, operational, and access stakeholders within transplant programs
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on account strategy and optimize access
Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive territory performance
Execute against strategic plans and consistently deliver high-performance outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical sales, business development or account management within complex, specialty markets
Experience in bone marrow transplant, hematology, oncology, or advanced/rare disease therapies (BMT/hematology strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to engage senior clinical stakeholders within transplant or academic center settings
Strong understanding of transplant patient pathways, GVHD and specialty therapy access dynamics
Strong scientific and clinical understanding, with the ability to engage credibly with transplant teams
Highly analytical, with the ability to translate insights into strategic action
Works independently and adapts plans as account priorities change
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $200,000 to $220,000, plus a leading performance incentive plan, long-term incentive (LTI) share options, and an annual recognition award, which includes a trip to Australia for our top-performing Key Account Manager
