Role Description
We are looking for an Analyst Backend Engineer SQL for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in backend engineering, SQL, database development, software engineering, REST APIs, data integration, application development, cloud technologies, automation, and modern software-engineering practices.
The Analyst Backend Engineer SQL will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve backend applications, databases, APIs, data-access layers, internal platforms, enterprise systems, automation solutions, and digital services.
The role may involve working with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Java, Python, C#, Node.js, PHP, Go, REST APIs, ORM frameworks, cloud databases, testing tools, ETL/ELT technologies, and modern backend-development tools depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in backend engineering, SQL development, database development, software engineering, application development, API development, data engineering, or related technology roles can apply.

Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.
Familiarity with SELECT statements, joins, subqueries, aggregations, views, stored procedures, functions, triggers, transactions, indexes, constraints, and query development.
Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite, or similar relational database systems will be advantageous.
Understanding of database design, normalization, primary keys, foreign keys, referential integrity, schemas, data modeling, and relational data structures.
Exposure to query optimization, indexing strategies, execution plans, database performance tuning, and troubleshooting will be beneficial.
Basic knowledge of at least one backend programming language such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/Node.js, PHP, or Go will be advantageous.
Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, .NET, Express.js, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, CRUD operations, API integration, authentication, authorization, and client-server architecture.
Exposure to ORM technologies such as Hibernate, JPA, SQLAlchemy, Entity Framework, Sequelize, Prisma, or similar data-access frameworks will be advantageous.
Familiarity with database connectivity, connection pooling, transactions, persistence layers, and backend data-access patterns will be beneficial.
Exposure to MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL databases will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Exposure to ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data ingestion, transformation, integration, validation, and data-processing workflows will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to API testing, database testing, integration testing, unit testing, Postman, PyTest, JUnit, or similar testing tools will be beneficial.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, managed databases, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, database configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to data warehouses, data marts, reporting databases, business intelligence, Power BI, Tableau, or analytics platforms will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with database security, user permissions, role-based access control, backups, recovery, encryption, data integrity, and secure coding concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, asynchronous processing, message queues, or distributed applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure backend and database solutions.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
Internship, academic project, SQL project, database project, backend project, API project, data project, ETL project, web application, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
Candidates without previous full-time backend or database-engineering experience can also apply.
