Role Description
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in Java full stack development, frontend and backend engineering, web applications, REST APIs, databases, microservices, cloud platforms, automation, and modern software-development practices.
The Java Full Stack Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based backend services, responsive web applications, APIs, databases, dashboards, internal platforms, automation solutions, enterprise applications, and digital systems.
The role may involve working with Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern full stack technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in Java development, full stack development, software engineering, backend development, frontend development, web development, application development, API development, or related technology roles can apply.

Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, collections, exception handling, inheritance, interfaces, polymorphism, multithreading, concurrency, debugging, and clean coding practices.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, or similar Java backend technologies will be beneficial.
Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, and component-based development.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, queries, CRUD operations, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable applications, or event-driven systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar frontend state-management technologies will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be beneficial.
Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar frontend development and build tools will be advantageous.
Exposure to JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, and API testing will be beneficial.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of Linux, application deployment, configuration management, environment variables, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, background jobs, or event-driven architecture will be advantageous.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, session management, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to application performance optimization, JVM performance, database tuning, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, scalability, reliability, and observability will be advantageous.
Familiarity with UI/UX concepts, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, accessibility, and translating designs into responsive web applications will be beneficial.
Exposure to automation, ETL/ELT, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, technical documentation, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, responsive, reliable, scalable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly Java full stack solutions.
