Role Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.
The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in full stack development, software engineering, frontend and backend technologies, web applications, REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, automation, system integration, and modern software-development practices.
The Full Stack Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve responsive web applications, backend services, APIs, databases, dashboards, internal platforms, automation solutions, enterprise applications, and digital systems.
The role may involve working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Java, Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, .NET, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and modern full stack technologies depending on project and business requirements.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in full stack development, software engineering, frontend development, backend development, web development, application development, API development, or related technology roles can apply.

Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive design, and modern frontend-development fundamentals.
Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, frontend architecture, and component-based development.
Basic to good knowledge of at least one backend programming language such as Java, Python, Node.js, C#, PHP, Go, or C++.
Familiarity with Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Express.js, .NET, or similar backend frameworks will be beneficial.
Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be beneficial.
Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, queries, CRUD operations, and data-access concepts will be advantageous.
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
Exposure to Redux, Redux Toolkit, Context API, NgRx, Zustand, MobX, or similar state-management technologies will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be beneficial.
Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar frontend build and package-management tools will be advantageous.
Exposure to JUnit, PyTest, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Mockito, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, or API testing will be beneficial.
Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
Basic understanding of Linux, application deployment, configuration management, environment variables, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, background jobs, or distributed systems will be advantageous.
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, session management, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
Exposure to application performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, database tuning, scalability, reliability, and observability will be advantageous.
Familiarity with UI/UX concepts, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, responsive interfaces, and accessibility will be beneficial.
Exposure to single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, dashboards, ERP, CRM, or enterprise web applications will be considered an additional advantage.
Exposure to automation, ETL/ELT, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories, technical documentation, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, responsive, reliable, scalable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly full stack solutions.
Willingness to work in an on-site environment.

Candidates without previous full-time full stack development experience can also apply.
