Performance Test Engineer
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 5+ Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
Mandatory Skills
Performance Testing & Engineering: 5–6+ years preferred (minimum 3 years)
Gatling + Scala: Minimum 3 years hands-on each
Non-Functional Requirement (NFR) Gathering: 3+ years
Git: 3+ years
Performance bottleneck identification, analysis and optimization
End-to-end performance test scripting, execution, environment/data setup and reporting
APM Tools: Splunk, AppDynamics or New Relic (2+ years)
Programming: Scala, Java
Important: Strong hands-on Gatling + Scala + Performance Engineering experience is essential. Candidates must be comfortable with performance analysis, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.
