Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, Forecasting, Optimization, or related areas.
Strong Python programming and production software development experience.
Strong foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, Probability, Machine Learning, Forecasting, and Optimization.
Strong understanding of time-series analysis, statistical inference, model evaluation, uncertainty quantification, and forecasting methodologies.
Hands-on experience with PySpark and distributed data processing.
Experience productionizing ML/statistical models and building scalable ML workflows.
Strong understanding of OOAD, SOLID principles, software architecture, and design patterns.
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, CI/CD, version control, and code quality practices.
Preferred Experience
Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, or Operations domain.
Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Replenishment, Capacity Planning, Pricing, or Network Optimization.
Forecasting techniques such as SARIMAX, Exponential Smoothing, State Space Models, Prophet, Hierarchical or Probabilistic Forecasting.
Optimization techniques including Linear Programming, Mixed Integer Programming, Constraint Optimization, Heuristic Optimization, or Simulation.
MLflow, Feature Stores, Model Monitoring, Drift Detection, Experiment Tracking, and Model Versioning.
Scikit-learn, Deep Learning, Docker, Kubernetes, and large-scale feature engineering.
