Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong customer and partner relationships for Loco Bear. This role oversees the sales team’s daily activities, sets and monitors sales targets, and implements strategies to increase bookings for corporate events, group outings, parties, and special experiences. The Senior Sales Manager engages with prospective clients, conducts venue walk-throughs, negotiates contracts, and ensures a smooth handover to operations for event execution. The role includes analyzing sales performance, forecasting demand, managing key accounts, and collaborating with marketing to develop promotions and partnerships. The Senior Sales Manager is also expected to maintain high standards of customer service, represent the brand at industry events, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and offerings.
Qualifications
Strong sales leadership, account management, and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, or related service industries, with an understanding of B2C and B2B sales dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, including comfort engaging with corporate clients, agencies, and individual guests.
Skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies and team goals.
Demonstrated capability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team, fostering collaboration and performance accountability.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, events, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
