Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management (TRM) SME with 8+ years of experience to lead technical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP FSCM TRM and Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC).
Key Responsibilities
Act as an SAP FSCM TRM Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical leadership to the team.
Design, develop, and enhance SAP TRM solutions based on business requirements.
Lead technical decisions and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Design and support MBC (Multi-Bank Connectivity) integrations and banking interfaces.
Work on system integrations and ensure seamless data flow across enterprise applications.
Drive process improvements, automation, and software quality enhancements.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions across teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow software development best practices.
Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury & Risk Management (TRM).
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP TRM.
Experience with SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC).
Strong understanding of treasury processes and enterprise banking integrations.
Experience designing and developing custom solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Strong integration and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
