Job Title: Senior Salesforce QA Engineer
Availability Required: (8hrs/day availability)
Overall Experience: 3 to 7 years
Shift Timings: IST/US Overlap
Location: Remote
Skill Set: Salesforce QA + Test Automation using Copado Robotic Testing

About the Role:
We are looking for a Salesforce Automation QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications through robust automation testing. The role requires expertise in Salesforce Testing, SOQL, and automation preferably in Copado Robotic Testing or Selenium while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
Exposure in Agentforce.
Proven hands-on experience with CRT.
Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and releases.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Strong expertise in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT)
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts
Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure quality delivery
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies is a plus.
