Role Description The Python Automation role at MountBox Design Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based automation scripts and tools to streamline internal workflows and support project delivery across design and digital experience initiatives. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers, developers, and project managers to understand processes, building and optimizing automation pipelines, writing and maintaining test cases, and supporting quality assurance efforts. The role also involves troubleshooting automation issues, monitoring performance, documenting solutions, and continuously improving automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Experience: 3+ years
Interview Mode; Face to face mandatory
Technical skills-Mandatory
3 years experience in Python automation and Selenium.
Strong hands-on experience in Python programming and automation.
Good experience with Selenium WebDriver and web application automation.
Experience with Pandas, Excel, CSV, JSON, Regex, and file handling.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web application concepts.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub and Jenkins/CI-CD.
Exposure in servers or storage domain
Good debugging, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Process Skills:
Experience with PyAutoGUI or desktop automation.
Experience working in Linux and Windows environments.
Knowledge of automation frameworks and software testing practices.
Behavioral Skills:
Attitude towards learning new technologies and solving complex technical problems.
Quick learner and team player
Excellent communication skills
