Role Description :
Looking for a professional with 5–8 years of experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content quality, or quality assurance to evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, completeness, and reliability. The role involves identifying errors and AI hallucinations, analyzing quality metrics, performing data validation, and providing actionable insights to improve conversational AI agents. Strong analytical skills, Excel/Google Sheets, and attention to detail are essential. Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or HITL workflows is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
5–8 years of experience in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI Evaluation, Content Quality, QA, or Search Relevance.
AI-generated response evaluation and quality assessment.
Data labeling, classification, and guideline-based evaluation.
Identifying AI hallucinations, errors, and quality gaps.
Data analysis, pattern identification, and root cause analysis.
MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Basic SQL knowledge.
Quality metrics, error rates, and evaluation consistency.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, Conversational AI, or Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows.
