Role Description The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Palwal, responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the store and inventory area. This includes receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming materials, updating stock records, and ensuring proper storage, tagging, and issuance of goods to relevant departments. The role involves coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce discrepancies, and support timely order fulfillment. The Store Executive will also handle documentation related to goods receipts and dispatches, assist in periodic stock audits, and uphold safety, housekeeping, and compliance guidelines within the store. Effective communication with internal stakeholders and accurate use of inventory systems are central to this role.

Candidates should possess strong customer service and retail skills to manage internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Candidates should possess sales and commerce skills to understand stock movement, basic commercial concepts, and support store-related transactions.

Relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, or warehouse management in a manufacturing or automotive environment is beneficial.
Ability to use inventory or ERP software, basic MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail are preferred.
A diploma or degree in commerce, business, supply chain, or a related field is advantageous.
Ability to work on-site in Palwal, follow safety protocols, and manage physical tasks such as material handling is required.
