Experience: 1-4 years as an EA, preferably in hospitality, F&B, retail, or corporate environments
Key Responsibilities:
• Calendar & Schedule Management – Manage the Director’s meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries
• Communication & Correspondence – Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Data & Report Management – Prepare business reports, presentations, contents and key documents for decision-making
• Meeting Coordination – Organize and take minutes for high-level meetings, ensuring follow-ups are tracked
• Project Assistance – Support strategic initiatives by coordinating with different departments
• Confidentiality & Documentation – Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Operational Support – Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
