Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing day-to-day operational processes that enable Bytescare’s brand protection services. This role involves monitoring workflow performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of operational tasks and client requests. The Operations Associate will assist in documenting procedures, maintaining accurate records, and identifying opportunities to streamline processes through data-driven insights. The role also includes managing internal and external communications, responding to operational inquiries, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Strong operations and process management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to collaborate with internal teams and support client needs.
Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and recommend operational improvements.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective coordination and reporting.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a remote work environment.
Comfort with digital tools, dashboards, and basic data analysis; experience in SaaS or cybersecurity/brand protection domains is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven team.
