Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting and optimizing day-to-day operational activities at Bytescare. This role includes tracking workflows, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of brand protection processes. The Operations Associate will handle data entry and analysis, prepare operational reports, and assist in maintaining accurate documentation of cases and client activities. They will work closely with customer-facing teams to resolve operational issues, support service delivery, and help improve internal procedures. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, identifying inefficiencies, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance overall operational performance.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Comfort with using digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic dashboards; experience with SaaS or tech-based workflows is an advantage.
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, business, or a related field is preferred.
