Power BI Developer – Microsoft Fabric & HR Analytics

Provitious Technologies is looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric to build modern HR analytics and business intelligence solutions.

🔹 Technology: Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, DAX, SQL, Data Modeling
What you’ll work on:
• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Build HR and workforce analytics solutions
• Create meaningful KPIs and data visualizations for business users
• Develop optimized DAX measures and calculations
• Build robust semantic models and data models
• Connect Power BI with Microsoft Fabric and multiple data sources
• Work with large datasets and optimize report performance
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Translate complex HR data into simple, actionable insights
What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
✅ Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query and SQL
✅ Experience with data modeling and semantic models
✅ Understanding of Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms
✅ Experience developing executive-level dashboards and analytics
✅ Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting and data visualization
✅ Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions
