Solution Architect

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in solution architecture, system and data integration, application security, APIs, cloud platforms, and scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of owning technical architecture, guiding engineering teams, managing technical risks, and ensuring secure and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and own the overall solution architecture for enterprise applications and data products.
Design scalable system and data integrations across applications and platforms.
Ensure application security, data protection, and enterprise security standards are followed.
Guide development teams on technical and architectural decisions.
Review technical designs and code for architecture alignment and best practices.
Identify technical risks and recommend scalable and secure solutions.
Design and document architecture, integrations, APIs, and technical solutions.
Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Data, and Security teams.
Support architecture decisions throughout the solution development lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Solution Architecture exposure.
Experience owning architecture for enterprise applications or data products.
Strong experience in application and data security.
Strong experience with system and data integration.
Hands-on understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures.
Experience with architecture design and technical documentation.
Commercial Analytics experience involving sales or market data.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure or AWS.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or modern data platforms.
Knowledge of API Management, Microservices, or Event-Driven Architecture.
Experience with IAM, OAuth2, SSO, and enterprise security.
Experience in Healthcare, FMCG, CPG, Pharmaceutical, Consumer, or related domains.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Cloud, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Security are an added advantage.
