Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in mobile-first design, Figma, wireframing, prototyping, dashboards, and data-driven products. The ideal candidate should be able to simplify complex business data into clear, intuitive experiences for executive and senior leadership users while working within existing brand and design systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design mobile-first and responsive user interfaces and experiences.
Create intuitive user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using Figma.
Design dashboards, reports, and data-driven digital experiences.
Convert complex business and analytics data into simple and clear visual experiences.
Follow and maintain existing brand and design systems.
Gather user and stakeholder feedback and improve designs accordingly.
Collaborate with Product, Business, Data, and Development teams.
Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
Mandatory Skills
5–8 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
Strong experience in mobile-first and responsive UI/UX design.
Strong hands-on experience with Figma, wireframes, and prototypes.
Experience designing for executive / senior leadership users.
Experience with dashboards, reports, and data-driven products.
Strong understanding of brand and design systems.
Experience working with sales or market data.
Ability to simplify complex data into easy-to-understand visual experiences.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with data visualization and analytics products.
Experience with enterprise / B2B digital products.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Understanding of accessibility and usability standards.
Experience in Healthcare, FMCG, CPG, Pharmaceutical, Consumer, or related domains.
Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant UI/UX or Product Design certifications are an added advantage.
