Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Senior UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable, accessible, and customer-centered B2B digital experiences. This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business teams to design solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has experience designing complex web applications, data-rich experiences, and enterprise-scale products while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery through production-ready solutions.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Design scalable experiences for dashboards, workflows, forms, navigation, tables, and data visualizations.
Validate designs through user research, usability testing, analytics, and customer feedback.
Contribute to and evolve the organization's design system to ensure consistency across products.
Partner with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation and conduct design QA reviews.
Apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices, ensuring compliance with WCAG standards.
Identify edge cases, error states, and alternative user scenarios.
Leverage AI-powered tools to improve research, ideation, prototyping, and documentation processes.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience designing responsive web applications.
Experience designing and shipping B2B digital products.
Strong expertise in user research, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and usability testing.
Experience designing dashboards, workflows, forms, and data-rich user experiences.
Strong understanding of accessibility standards and experience applying WCAG guidelines.
Experience working within established design systems.
Advanced proficiency with Figma.
Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Figma AI) to enhance UX/UI workflows.
Understanding of AI-assisted experiences and responsible AI principles.
Strong communication, collaboration, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile environments and applying Lean UX methodologies.
Ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and work independently.
Experience within large enterprise environments preferred.
Experience building or managing design systems preferred.
Service Design experience preferred.
Experience designing AI-powered products, copilots, or conversational experiences preferred.
Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
