Our higher education client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support marketing team and manage projects in ClickUp. Ths candidate must have a strong working knowledge of website development, CRO initiatives, and cross-functional marketing projects along with coordinating new business location launches.
This is a fully remote role, working 20 hours/week for 3-4 months with a start date in November.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prioritize critical tasks ahead of routine ones, as well as prioritize schedule demands with an appreciation and recognition of key, critical issues.
- Multi-task and meet deadlines and adapt smoothly to rapidly shifting work priorities and schedules.
- Agile learning, especially with systems and technology tools and platform.
- Strong proficiencies in overseeing integrated, multi media campaigns.
- Strong proficiencies in digital work streams (i.e. CRO, Web/Dev, etc.).
- Assertive and confident, with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Innovative, agile learner with a desire for continual process improvements.
- Organization and attention to detail skills.
- Demonstrates utmost flexibility and ability to proactively seek new solutions; seek new opportunities for optimized team and platform performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Brings together Marketing teams for improved communication and effective project execution.
- Proactively prioritizes and handles issues and department queries, exercises appropriate judgment to ensure quality service and resolution.
- Determines and defines project scope and objectives.
- Serves as Project Manager for mission critical marketing projects involving an integrated campaign and ensuring that the appropriate team resources/platforms are optimized.
- Predicts resources needed to reach objectives and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Develops and manages a detailed project schedule and actively works plan(s).
- Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Manages vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Coordinates and manages all marketing production vendor relationships ensuring cost optimization and ensuring that services are continually explored to align with the evolution of the business.
- Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Hosts team kick off meetings, project plans, identification of project objectives, timelines, key stakeholders and team member assignments.
