Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and close relevant candidates for open positions with our clients across Consulting, Financial Services, and Corporate Functions.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify relevant candidates for active client mandates
Leverage advanced Boolean search techniques on Naukri and LinkedIn to identify high-quality talent
Screen profiles to ensure strong fitment against job requirements
Share quality, relevant CVs within defined timelines
Line up candidates for interviews and drive the process till closure
Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future roles
Deliver on multiple open positions simultaneously with speed and quality
Ideal Candidate Profile
2–5 years of experience in Non-Tech / Functional hiring
Strong hands-on experience in Boolean search and sourcing via Naukri & LinkedIn
Experience hiring for roles in Consulting, Financial Services, or Corporate Functions
Prior exposure to hiring for Big4 / Big3 / Consulting firms / Financial Services / GCCs preferred
Strong sourcing and screening capability
Good understanding of job requirements and candidate fitment
Excellent communication and coordination skills
