Ihre Aufgaben:
Begrüßung, Betreuung und Verabschiedung der Gäste nach den vorgegeben Standards
Erhalten von Ordnung und Sauberkeit in einer eigenen Servicestation
Vor- und Nachbereitung des täglich Mise en Place
Abrechnung mit dem Addipos-Kassensystem
Warenbestellung
Anlernen und Anleiten von neuen Mitarbeitern, Auszubildenden und Aushilfsmitarbeitern
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Restaurantfach, Hotelfach oder als Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe
Souveränes und professionelles Auftreten
Fachkompetenz und Flexibilität
Selbständigkeit aber auch Freude an der Arbeit im Team
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
