Programme Coordination
Support coordination of Atlas projects and workstreams.
Assist Project Managers and Project Leads with programme administration.
Ensure programme documentation is maintained and controlled.
Support the implementation of programme governance processes.
Planning & Milestone Tracking
Maintain project schedules and milestone trackers.
Monitor progress updates from Project Managers.
Track critical deliverables and key programme milestones.
Support consolidation of programme plans.
RAAIDD Management
Maintain Risk, Action, Issue and Dependency registers.
Ensure actions arising from meetings are recorded and tracked.
Follow up with owners to obtain status updates.
Escalate overdue actions and emerging risks through agreed channels.
Reporting Support
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packs.
Collate status updates from workstreams.
Maintain programme dashboards and KPI reporting.
