Certification Management Architect - Remote

Key Responsibilities:
• Document real-time workflows and how they depend on underlying certificates.
• Map certificates to the specific workflows, applications, and services they support.
• Capture and maintain a complete inventory of all certificates across environments.
• Perform certificate reconciliation to identify gaps, duplicates, and orphaned certificates.
• Establish enterprise-wide certificate governance for the bank (ownership, standards, audit controls).
• Build a repeatable, automated process to avoid certificate expiration and certificate-related downtime.
• Partner with security, infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to embed governance into existing pipelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
• DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
• Architecture experience — able to design and document technical solutions at scale.
• Banking / financial-services experience.
• API experience, including certificate-based authentication (e.g., mTLS).
• Basic real-time / event-driven architecture knowledge.
• Strong hands-on technical depth — not a policy-only role.
