About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Microsoft Intune and Entra ID Conditional Access specialist with strong Azure experience to lead the scoping, design, and implementation of a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and Conditional Access solution. The consultant will independently assess the current environment, recommend the right approach, implement it end-to-end, align it with the client’s Azure governance framework, and establish a governance model the client’s team can sustain after the engagement.
Required Qualifications
7+ years in Microsoft 365 / Azure identity, endpoint, and security management.
4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune experience in production environments.
Proven experience delivering at least one BYOD implementation end-to-end, from assessment through rollout.
Strong expertise in Entra ID (Azure AD) Conditional Access policy design and deployment.
Deep knowledge of Intune App Protection Policies (MAM) for iOS and Android.
3+ years of hands-on Azure experience, including governance, RBAC, Azure Policy, and resource management.
Experience automating Microsoft 365 and Azure tasks with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
Experience with MFA, identity protection, and Zero Trust principles.
Ability to work independently in an advisory and implementation capacity with minimal direction.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications: MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator), AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer), SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect)
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels)
Windows Autopilot and co-management experience
Experience with Azure Landing Zones and FinOps practices
